The Artist:

I am a painter and metalsmith in Wheat Ridge. Born in Colorado, I have been a part of the Colorado art scene most of my life.

In the last few years, I feel like I have gotten closer to painting the way I am meant to be painting. Closer to saying what I am trying to say. Reaching for that, even if I never totally get there, has been the best thing of my life. My style is realism leaning towards the surreal. It has been described more than once as whimsical, but I hope there is something deeper there, maybe something not quite right.
